Goal Setting
Do you know how to set a S.M.A.R.T. goal? Recreation Services is excited to work with Wellness Services in presenting this workshop on goal setting. Goals are a great motivation tool to use when trying to accomplish wellness goals. Our certified personal trainer will teach you the basics of setting a specific, measurable, attainable, realistic and timely goal.

Ergonomics for Pain Relief
Proper ergonomics at work, in class, while studying and also in an upright position play an important role in proper body alignment. Body alignment is also a major influence in the daily aches and pains we experience in daily life. Barbara Beagles with Environmental Health and Safety will be instructing this brown bag lunch with an emphasis in decreasing joint pain and strategies you can implement to keep those joints healthy.
