Discover Your Enlightened Side (Yes Plus Leadership Workshop)
We believe everything has an enlightened side, full of confidence, clarity and a sense of belonging. Our 4-day workshop provides tangible tools to free the mind of stress, worry and anxiety while helping people move from temporary to sustainable happiness while leading others.

Get Fit - Late Night @ Boise State
The Summerwind Skippers are a world champion jump rope team. Come watch them perform and learn how to jump rope. Don't like to jump rope... no problem, there are others ways that you can commit to Get Fit on Saturday, March 10th at Boise State, while enjoying an alcohol-free event. It's okay to be safe and have fun while exercising! Other activities will include basketball, dodge ball, goaltimate and Wii Fit games. [ Summerwind Skippers Video ]

Bedtime Yoga for Better Sleep Workshop
If you have a hard time getting to sleep at night, this workshop will be a great choice for you. A 30-minute presentation will inform you about sleep and a 60-minute yoga-practice section will conclude the workshop. This workshop will help you build yoga into your bedtime routine and improve your sleep quality. Join us and relax for a while!
*Please bring a yoga mat and dress in comfortable clothes. (If you don't have a yoga mat, one will be provided.)

Safer Spring Break
Join the Boise State Wellness Services Peer Educators for games, prizes and information on having a Safer Spring Break. Learn how to avoid Spring Break pitfalls such as drowsy driving, irresponsible drinking and stressing yourself out. Win prizes for being willing to participate in a Sexversation. Gain knowledge on how to keep yourself and our planet healthier during your time off from school.

Know Your Status - HIV Testing
Know your status with free, confidential, rapid HIV testing and counseling in less than 30 minutes. Oral swab used; no blood draw necessary.

Tap Water Challenge (Earth Day Celebration)
Think you can taste the difference between tap water and bottled water? Come to the Quad on April 19th and take the Tap Water Challenge. This is in effort to reduce the use of plastic water bottles on campus and take back the tap. We want to show you that the average person can’t clearly taste the difference between bottled water and tap water. Come see for yourself!

Finals Week Nap-In - Napping for Your Body, Mind and Better Grades
Feeling tired or sleepy during finals week? Coffee can enhance your alertness, but it does not improve your memory. Instead, take a nap rather than consuming more coffee or energy drinks. A safe, quiet and comfortable space will be available to take a 20 minute power nap. Join us and reboot your tired brain. (To take a nap, all you need to do is bring yourself! Sleeping supplies will be provided for use during your nap.)
