This free screening for depression, anxiety, post-traumatic stress, alcohol and eating disorders is made available to all Boise State students and employees and is taken anonymously. The screening is provided so that you may find out-in a few minutes-whether or not professional consultation would be helpful to you.
Should you screen positive in one or more of the clinical areas, we encourage you to make an appointment with Boise State University Health Services. The sooner you take action to improve your mental health, the quicker you can start feeling better. You can make an appointment for an intake by calling 426-1459 or drop by our office which is located in the second story of the Norco building. If your current situation is an emergency, we encourage you to come by to see our on-call counselor Monday– Friday 8-5, and on Wednesdays 10-5 or call 911. If you are experiencing an after hours mental health crisis please call the Idaho Suicide Prevention Hotline at 1-800-273-TALK (8255).
